15hh, 8 yr old, Irish Draught X Grey Gelding

Pip is a super stamp, up to weight but not too wide. He is a very kind horse with a lovely temperament. He is very easy to handle both in and out of the stable and loves to be brushed and fussed. He was brilliant to clip and shoe and is very happy to travel on a trailer or lorry.

Out hacking, he gives a solid, reliable ride. Always ridden in a snaffle, he is light in your hand and carries himself making riding for hours easy, he doesn't lean or get heavy in your hand. He is happy to go first or last or will happily ride beside another horse without getting strong or competitive. He is very used to riding in heavy traffic and has seen double deckers, tractors and motorbikes.

He is a rewarding horse to work with in the school. His main purpose until he came to us was hacking, so although he happily walks, trots and canters in the school there is room for improvement and he is learning all the time.

He lunges and listens to your voice commands. He is at the stage where he could go and do an obedient walk and trot dressage test and that is what we are planning to do with him. He is a very sweet little horse who would make a great mother/daughter share or for someone wanting to go to sponsored rides, hunter trials etc.
